CONTRACT OF LEASE

THIS CONTRACT OF LEASE is made and entered into by and between:

(LESSOR's Name), of legal age, Filipino, with residence at (Lessor's Address), hereinafter
referred to as the LESSOR,

-and-

(LESSEE's Name), of legal age, Filipino, with residence at (Lessee's Address), hereinafter
referred to as the LESSEE.

WITNESSETH:

WHEREAS, the LESSOR is the lawful owner of a certain property, particularly described
as follows:

(Complete description of the property including type, location, and any relevant details);

WHEREAS, the LESSEE desires to lease the said property and the LESSOR agrees to
lease the same under the terms and conditions herein set forth.

NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the foregoing premises, the parties
hereto have agreed as follows:

1. TERM: The term of this lease shall be for (specify number) months/years,
commencing on (start date) and ending on (end date), unless sooner terminated
according to the provisions hereof.
2. RENTAL: The LESSEE agrees to pay the LESSOR a monthly rental of (amount in
Philippine Pesos), payable on or before the (specific date) of each month.
3. DEPOSIT: The LESSEE shall pay a deposit of (amount) to cover damages or
unpaid rentals. This deposit shall be returned to the LESSEE at the end of the
lease term, less any deductions for repairs or unpaid dues.
4. USE OF PROPERTY: The leased property shall be used exclusively for (specify
purpose) and for no other purposes without the written consent of the LESSOR.
5. MAINTENANCE AND REPAIRS: The LESSEE shall maintain the property in good
condition and shall be responsible for repairs caused by LESSEE’s negligence or
misuse.
6. TERMINATION: Either party may terminate this contract for any breach of its
terms and conditions by giving (number) days written notice to the other party.
7. FORCE MAJEURE: Neither party shall be responsible for failure to fulfill their
obligations when due to causes beyond their control.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have hereunto set their hands this (date) at (place).
