EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT

This Employment Contract ("Contract") is entered into on this 04-11-2023, between Bee Social , a UK
company.

1. Position and Responsibilities

The Employee is hired as a Developer, The Employee agrees to perform the duties assigned by the
Employer faithfully and to the best of their abilities.

2. Compensation
a. The Employee shall receive a gross monthly salary of £1,800 (One Thousand Eight Hundred Pounds
Sterling), payable in accordance with the Employer's payroll schedule.

b. The salary is subject to applicable deductions for taxes, social security, and any other legal
requirements.

3. Employment Status
The Employee is hired on a full-time basis, and the standard working hours are from 9:00 AM to 6:00
PM, Monday to Friday.

4. Commission
a. The Employee's compensation may include commission based on sales volume, as determined by
the Employer. The specific commission structure will be outlined in a separate agreement or
addendum to this Contract.

5. Payment in Cryptocurrency
a. The Employer may, on some occasions, provide compensation to the Employee in cryptocurrency.
The value of cryptocurrency payments will be calculated and communicated to the Employee at the
time of payment, in accordance with the current market rates.

6. Termination
a. The Employee's employment may be terminated by either party with or without cause by
providing written notice, as per the notice period defined in the Employee Handbook or as required
by applicable labor laws.

b. In the event of termination, the Employee shall return all property, documents, and materials
belonging to the Employer.

7. Governing Law
This Contract is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, and
any disputes arising from this Contract shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the United
Kingdom.

8. Entire Agreement
This Contract constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior
understandings, oral or written.

9. Amendments
Any modifications or amendments to this Contract must be made in writing and signed by both the
Employer and the Employee.
