2. Think about a service organization that retains you as a loyal customer. Why are you
loyal to this provider? What are the benefits of staying loyal and not switching to
another provider? What would it take for you to switch?
3. What is the role of culture in service marketing?
4. Explain the impact of Covid-19 on consumer behavior in tourism and hospitality
services.
5. Create a new service offering. Use a service blueprint to explain your product. Use
STP (segmentation, targeting, and positioning) approach to market your new
product.
