d. If you were the Digital Marketing Head, what about these advertisements would you
present differently. (2.5 Marks)

3. You are required to participate in a group discussion as part of the interview process of XYZ
organization. The topic of discussion is “Should India join the Regional Comprehensive
Economic Partnership (RCEP)?”
What stand would you take and why? If you had the opportunity to summarize and conclude
the discussion, what would be your concluding points? (10 Marks)

4. ABC Inc., is a multinational manufacturing organization, headquartered in New York City, USA,
with branches across various countries, including Australia, Vietnam, Sultanate of Oman, and
Canada. This organization manufactures and distributes agricultural equipment to local and
international clients. It has about 6000 employees in five countries and more than a million
customers worldwide.
In recent years, the organization has been facing several communication related challenges
which only become a bigger challenge in the current pandemic.
Three of the key challenges are:

a. Ineffective use of social media for knowledge sharing


b. Lack of quality feedback from clients on ways to improve product quality and services
c. Misunderstandings and lack of trust based upon intercultural communication issues in
different contexts
Your manager has asked you to develop strategies and plans to improve communication at all
levels.
What would be your strategy to address each of these challenges? Specify the action plan,
example, and the intended outcome to address the challenge. (10 Marks)
