 DFV Low Pressure Simplex Filter
These series of filters remove particle contaminants
in the pipeline, thereby extending the service lifespan of
components and improve system stability. They have a
connection for a differential pressure indicator.
The key feature of this DFV simplex filter is its
self-sealing device. To replace the filter, you only need to
rotate it through a 90° after loosening the flange.
This prevents fluid from overflowing easily. They are
widely used in shipbuilding, chemical, paper, etc.

LFN High Flow Simplex Filter

LFN Series Simplex Filters can handle large flows up to
15000 l/min and pressure capacity up to 1.6Mpa. The filter
housing with a bolt-on cover plate are designed in
accordance with international regulations.
This filter consists of a bypass valve and differential
pressure indicator. They are widely used in mining,
petrochemical, heavy machinery, nuclear power and other
industrial fields.
Its glass fiber filter elements prevent unscheduled
downtime and prolong the life of your hydraulic fluid.

 HPN High Pressure Simplex Filter
HPN series High pressure filters are designed for
installation in piping system to offer operational safety and
protect entire circuit from contamination. Compact and long
lifetime, the filter consist of a filter head with screw-in filter
bowl, allowing the filter element removing or cleaning easily.
Flow capacity up to 660 l/min, pressure up to 32 Mpa.
High pressure inline filters may be specified with or without
a clogging indicator. Both the cover and bodies use o-ring
seals to provide positive, reliable sealing. Elements with high
differential pressure stability and dirt holding capacity helps
to improve operational safety and extend service life.

LFM Series Simplex Return Filter

LFM series Return filters are positioned at the return line,
to remove the contamination from the operating fluid before
the fluid return to the tank. Aluminum housings with Buna-N
seals construction is perfect as line filters or tank attachment
or integrated filters.
This filter is economical, space-saving units offering a
variety of options with pressure up to 10Mpa, numerous
connections and accessories including bypass-valve, clogging
indicators. It is widely used in machinery, mobile and
heavy-duty applications.

 RFA Series Simplex Return Filter
RFA series Return filters are positioned at the end of the return
line with pressure 1.6Mpa. Strong, durable die-cast aluminum
housings with Buna-N seals is perfect for return-line filter oil tank.
They are economical, space-saving that can offer various options:
steel or plastic access covers, numerous connections. It is widely
used in machinery, mobile and heavy-duty.

TF Series Simplex Section Filter

Suction filters are used as safety filters to protect pumps in the
circuit. Coarse filter with a filtration rating of > 25 μm are widely
adopted to avoid negative pressure and a sudden pump failure. It is
horizontally/vertically mounted to the reservoir, below oil level.
Check valve and bypass valve inside to prevent return flow of dirt
oil into the reservoir when maintenance/changing elements. For
cleaning, the filter bowl together with suction strainer elements can
be taken out of the hydraulic suction filter head.

 RFLD1300/1320 Duplex Filter
RFLD series two filter housings are connected
through a ball switching valve, with a simple
structure and easy to use design. A pressure
equalization line between the two cylinders
reduces pressure shock during the switching
operation. Its release valve, pressure relief vent
and clogging indicator ensure safety of the system.
We use high quality hydraulic fittings that
allow for quick set up and minimal oil spills. They
are available in a wide range of filtration accuracy:
3 ~ 200μm, suitable for heavy machinery, mining
machinery, metallurgy, electricity.

RFLD2500/2520 Duplex Filter

RFLD series Duplex Filter provides a simple
and cost effective way to separate particle
impurities from hydraulic & lube oil systems.
They are ideal for applications where
continuous flow must be maintained, with no
flow interruption for strainer basket cleaning.
The surface of duplex oil strainers is treated with
phosphorus and painted using polyurethane top
coating. Its transfer valve and convenient bleed
valve provide smooth changeover.

 30 Series Low Pressure Duplex Filter
The 30 Series Duplex Filter allows for
continuous operation when changing elements
due to clogging caused by contaminants. After
opening balance valve and turning the directional
valve, the other filter begins to work, thus a
clogged element should be changed in time.
With reliable sealing and easy to operate
design, these series of duplex filters have a flow
range from 570 l/min to 7200 l/min with
maximum pressure 4.6Mpa. Filtration accuracy
can be custom designed based on customers’
details on oil cleanliness level requirement.

MPDF Medium Pressure Duplex Filter

MPDF series Duplex Filters are specially
designed to offer continuous operation even
during element change. Compact, lightweight and
easy-to-operate, medium pressure inline filters
can be installed in minimal storage space.
With a maximum flow rate up to 400 l/min,
there are different types of clogging indicators
available to suit each application.

 HPDF High Pressure Duplex Filter
HPDF series Filters consist of a filter head with
screw-in filter bowl, allowing element replaced or
cleaned easily. With flow up to 660l/min and pressure
up to 32 Mpa, ideal for hydraulic, lube systems where
filters must be serviced with no interruption.
It is designed to remove particulate, water and
widely used in wind turbine, mechanical hydraulic
control, and fuel handing systems. There is a by-pass
valve and clogging indicator in filter housings, for
protecting the piping system safety and smooth.

FES Stainless Steel Duplex Filter

FES series Duplex Filter delivers high
filtration performance with an easy to operate
design in systems that require uninterrupted
flow. There is a three-way-changeover ball valve
between the two vessels, making it possible to
switch from dirty side to clean side without
interrupting.
All housing made from SS 316&304 are
mirror polished to resist adhesion of dirt and
rust. Applications: Chemical, sea water filtration,
paper, petrochemical, waste water treatment…

 LFDN Large Flow Duplex Filter
LFDN Series Duplex Filter is composed of two
high-flow single filters and a 2-position 6-way
directional valve. It has a large dirt holding
capacity, high filtration accuracy and easy to
maintain design.
You can install it in low-pressure or return
lines to protect the system from contaminants.
Flow rate from 1300l/min to 15000l/min with
maximum 1.6Mpa. Large ball valve
changeovers are available. They are widely
used in the hydraulic systems of heavy-duty
mining and metallurgical machines.
