TV/STREAM COVERAGE

Applying for TV matches

If you have passed the football exam on the desktop panel (browser), you can start covering "From TV". Below
is a brief description and tips how the process of applying and assigning TV matches to Scouts works.

The person responsible for allocation process in case of TV/stream matches is Ariel (Telegram +48 516 225
846)

Events are allocated periodically, in the same way every week:

on Monday until 3 p.m. we assign Tuesday and Wednesday events

on Tuesday until 3 p.m. we assign Thursday events

on Wednesday until 3 p.m. we assign Friday events

on Thursday until 3 p.m. we assign Saturday events

on Friday until 3 p.m. we assign Sunday and Monday events

* (3 p.m. - it concerns the current time zone in Poland - CEST or CET)

If you applied for selected matches, check your "My Events" tab after 3pm, because then our offer for TV/stream
matches is already closed.

If there is an exception in the schedule, Ariel will inform about it in the Sport Base (“Announcements”).

(Remember that Sportsbase only works properly on a PC/laptop - you can’t use it on a phone).

For the time of Ariel’s vacation, Damian is responsible for allocation process (Telegram +48 500 110 194)

Tips for applying for TV/stream events:

apply for matches that you could cover in the Sportsbase system: https://backoffice.statscore.com/sportsbase
/ss/offer (the list of matches worth applying for is at the end of the document)
apply as "LMP" to TV matches - first icon on the right
you need to precisely define the source from which you are able to cover this match, i.e. the TV channel or
the streaming option
selecting TV channel, enter the channel based on the TV schedule and your TV provider (eg Bein Sports,
Movistar, Canal+, Sky or some local cablevision) - "TV channels" are matches that you can see on TV (not
on the Internet)
Internet TV, eg Dazn, Viaplay or other platforms that you use via web browser or Tv applications - these are
streaming options!
if you want to apply for a Turkish league match, which is not shown on your TV, just select the "Streaming"
option - but you must then be trained by the Scout Manager or Ariel on how to cover such a match. It means
you must be prepared properly to cover games via streams or video broadcasted on betting websites
if you want to resign from your application to some event, you must report it to Ariel (only he can remove your
application)

Tips for applying for TV/Stream matches in case of "Last minute" events:
if you have passed the desktop soccer exam, you should be added to the "Last minute events" group on
Telegram
sometimes unassigned matches are published on the group and you can apply for them after reading the
message
pay attention to description for the message, what sport the match is from and possibly from which channel (if
you do not have one, do not apply for this match, or report you can cover this game via other channel that
you have)
if in the message with the match published in the group there is no TV channel indicated, it means that you
can apply for it and make it in the streaming option
read carefully who posts the message and who to report to for the match, it can be Ariel or Statscore Team
if it turns out that you can’t cover the match assigned to you, contact Statscore Team and inform them about
it. Remember that it creates a problem for us because then we have to find another scout who covers this
match. People who resign from their matches are taken off them (2 matches are allowed)

Remember that Ariel or Scout Managers usually work from Monday to Friday, their working hours are usually 7-
15 or 8-16, while Statscore Team controllers every day and almost 24/h (when there are matches to control) -
this is the tip that you should keep in mind when contacting them if need be. If there is no resposne, write to
other contacts (e.q. your SM). Sometimes it may happen that a given contact is unavailable. Remember that
your message must be read by the recipient!
