    as a team.

    You and your friends are doing a project for arts and crafts, everybody
    knows what their doing but one person disagrees on what you should do.
    Instead of getting angry and yelling what would you do if you were......

    1. the person that disagreed?


    i would try to find reasons on why my idea may sound better or try to look for ways to mix our ideas together

    2. a groupmate?

    i i were a groupmate i would try to understand that person and on why dosent he agree with our ideas since every
    person has a diffrent mind and ways of thinking ans seeing things

    i i were the group leader i would first try to calm down and try to think of ways to make the group understand each other and then try talikng to that
    person and hear him on why he dosent agree with us
