Introduction
Each student's life is profoundly impacted by his or her teachers. They lead the pupils in the right
direction and prepare them for future achievements. The whole potential of each student's abilities
should be made available to them. Educators of business and management subjects will get insight
into lesson preparation strategies from the data presented in the following study. Throughout the
course, we will experiment with and use a wide range of pedagogical strategies. In my role as a
pre-service teacher at National Advance College, I intend to pay close attention to the report's
specifications.

Task A
Evaluate how educational ideas are being used in one's own area of expertise
(1.1)
The term "pedagogy" is used to refer to both the art and science of the act of teaching. There are
several responsibilities placed on the institution's educators, and they must be competent in all of
them. The tasks of teachers include organizing, asking questions, providing feedback, and
adjusting lessons as needed. Each of the six pedagogical principles builds on the others to provide
a foundation for effective instruction. Six guiding concepts include: inquiry, feedback, challenge,
explanation, and modeling (Bakhmat et al., 2020). Teaching becomes most effective when the
instructor takes on the role of a guide or coach for the students. This approach should be used in
the classroom while teaching subjects like business and management so that students and
instructors may pool their knowledge and talents to solve problems. I will be use pedagogical
tools like PowerPoint slides to give the sessions, and I will be communicating with attendees
through Twitter, email, and SMS. In order to assist my pupils complete their projects, I want to
make available a digital library, e-books, websites, and newsfeeds. Several methods exist for
putting critical pedagogy into practice in the classroom. Taking these measures includes pushing
my own limits, altering the dynamic of the classroom, providing other answers if necessary,
rethinking the evaluation, and eventually fostering activism.

Both the instructors and the students in a business or management program would do well to
cultivate an inventive and creative mindset. Students benefit greatly from novel methods of
instruction since they pique their interest and spur them on to continuous improvement. Teachers

must have a firm grasp on the material they are imparting. Educators must maintain their
dedication to their pupils. Educators should carefully pick high-quality resources for teaching
business and management to ensure their students fully grasp the concepts being covered. Only
when the instructor is well-versed in pedagogy and understands which components of the work
should be emphasized can teaching be an efficient process (Napal Fraile et al., 2018). As a
professor, it is my duty to stand by my students through thick and thin without doing their
thinking for them. In order to think effectively, one must always be striving to expand their
knowledge and skillset. As a business and management educator, I want to use both individual
and group assignments, with the former having the greater impact on student learning and the
latter fostering students' cooperation and promoting collaboration. Here we show one of the most
powerful visual learning tools currently available. I want to use this tool to pique my pupils'
curiosity and boost their focus.

Five main approaches to teaching and learning have emerged throughout the years. Theories like
cognitivism, constructivism, humanism, and connectivism are included here. Theory and practice
of effective learning strategies are crucial for students' development and success. Teaching and
learning are most successful when both the instructor and the student are aware of and can benefit
from the process of each other. The goal of inclusive education is to ensure that all students have
access to a quality education that takes into account their individual needs and backgrounds.
Acceptance and acceptance are fostered by inclusive policies. Students' ability to tolerate one
another's differences is crucial to the success of the classroom as a whole and to the development
of friendships among students. Friendship provides both positive role models and learning
experiences (Wang et al., 2018). It is my duty as an educator to make sure that business and
management classes accurately represent the demographics of the modern world. It will be my
responsibility to make sure the course materials are readily available to the students. I will arrange
the course outline in a manner that promotes openness to and appreciation of all perspectives. I
will also remind my kids to disclose their gender pronouns and urge them to use inclusive
language in the classroom. Because students come from a variety of backgrounds and use a
variety of learning styles and approaches, inclusive pedagogical techniques must be flexible

enough to meet the requirements of all students. I will use effective methods to help foster a
classroom in which every student feels safe, respected, and capable of achieving their full
potential.

Literacy, language, numeracy, and ICT competence are all crucial areas in which instructors must
demonstrate expertise. These abilities are fundamental to the teaching profession and are regarded
as minimal core competencies. English, mathematics, and computer literacy are the umbrella
terms under which all of these abilities fall. Essential knowledge and abilities will enable me do
my job well and in a professional manner. With my knowledge and experience, I should be able to
help my students succeed in these areas. Everyone involved in training and evaluation, including
trainees, should be required to demonstrate a minimum set of essential abilities. Effective
assessment is essential to the success of any educational endeavor (Richards et al., 2018).
Literacy's bare bones consist of the ability to read and write, as well as proofread one's own work
for errors in syntax, grammar, and spelling. Calculating, interpreting, evaluating, and measuring
are the cornerstones of numeracy. It's important for me to work on strengthening my foundational
abilities so that I can think strategically about how to impart my knowledge of business and
management to my students. The knowledge I gain will allow me to better foster my students'
abilities in those domains.

Task B
Research and Theory on behavior modification (3.1)
Educators all across the globe used a methodology based on the idea of behavior. Managing
behavior well is crucial to the learning process. As a teacher, I must adapt my methods of
instruction to meet the requirements of my students, who vary widely in age, background, and
learning style. In this article, we will talk about a few ideas that pertain to behavior control.
All habits, according to behaviorism's central tenet, may be taught by observing and responding to
cues in the surrounding environment. It proposes that people pick up habits and routines from
their immediate surroundings. This notion will help me in the classroom by motivating my pupils
to behave well (Bezanillaet al., 2019.). If my pupil behaves well all week, I'll give him or her a
special prize on Friday. Today, this approach is frequently applied in schools, where the emphasis

has shifted from punishment to reinforcement.
According to the choice theory, every action a person does is a deliberate decision. Every person
has five fundamental requirements. Loving relationships and a feeling of community are vital. For
any other requirements to be met, these two must first be met. Learners' needs must be met for an
effective learning environment to be established. This model's high efficiency in the institution
comes at the expense of significant time investment.
According to constructivist philosophy, each student has unique requirements for success in
school. Learners have the main responsibility for learning and for taking an active role in their
own education (Hoel and Mason, 2018). I will help the students learn by sharing what I've learned
and by motivating them to come up with their own insights on the subject. Learners' behavior may
be controlled by the use of positive reinforcement. Students who aren't inspired to learn won't, and
their lack of focus and participation in class will have an effect on others around them.

Describe how you have used ideas of behavior management into your own
practice in the pursuit of fostering a welcoming and supportive classroom or
learning environment for all students (3.3)
As a teacher, I will not be fostering a performance-based classroom. If we want to reduce
disruptive behaviors in the classroom, we should design it using constructivist principles. It is my
responsibility as a teacher to instill in my students the skills they'll need to control their conduct so
that they won't take those skills with them into the real world. I want to incorporate many ideas
from these theories into my approach to behavior control. All educators need to know how to use
de-escalation tactics, and there should be clear regulations in place for dealing with disruptive
students (Mellati and Khademi, 2018). Our school has a suspension policy similar to the one in
place at other schools; this policy is based on the idea that sanctions are cognitive. Inclusion in
behavior management is crucial because it guarantees that all children, regardless of their unique
learning styles or abilities, will be given the same chances to succeed in school. The expected
conduct of pupils should be spelled out for them, and good behavior should be constantly
enforced. The amount of interruption is minor, but I will need to handle it carefully. I need to
make sure I'm constantly hearing what my pupils have to say and giving them every chance to
succeed. The process of learning is something I want to structure in some way.

Potentially more conclusive proof of a student's academic achievement or failure might be
obtained via diagnostic testing. In this document, the learning outcomes and pedagogical
approaches are laid forth. This is essential since there are so many students in the school. In
certain respects, you probably outperform the average person. Certified teachers are required to
take diagnostic tests both before they enter the classroom and on a regular basis during their
employment. Some tasks can only be done if the worker has a specific set of skills. In order to
augment the initial evaluation, diagnostic test findings are used.

When students are routinely tested, they become more involved in their education. Teachers could
be more successful in reaching their targets if they are given guidance in setting up their
classrooms and are constantly assessed on their progress. For the following session, everyone
should talk about three things they learned and a couple of ways they might do better.
Communication with colleagues or students on their development and comprehension is an
important part of many jobs. Both students and teachers benefit from consistent feedback on their
performance (Schellekens et al., 2021). This is the kind of thing that works best when spoken
about in a classroom. Whiteboard summaries are reviewed in following meetings to determine
whether or not participants achieved their stated objectives, and if not, why and how this was not
done. The student's failure to accomplish the session's goals is discussed in depth during the
integrating understanding phase, and the student may be given homework to ensure it is done.

Create and maintain an atmosphere of mutual respect and safety in the


classroom (3.2)
Providing a welcoming setting where students may express themselves freely without fear of

retaliation is crucial if they are to develop a sense of self-worth and an appreciation for the ideas
and perspectives of others different from themselves. It will help students immensely in the long
run. As a teacher, it is my responsibility to provide a welcoming and productive space for my
pupils to study and grow. Inadequate facilities might make a student nervous, which can slow
down the learning process. Learning techniques that are inclusive may do a lot to shift students'
prejudiced perspectives. As a teacher, it is my duty to facilitate my pupils' interpersonal growth
via encouraging them to engage with the wider community. In an inclusive classroom, the
emphasis is hardly on the instructor, much alone on formal teacher training. When creating a
welcoming classroom, teachers should concentrate less on the students' backgrounds and more on
their ability to learn (Schellekens et al., 2021). The focus here is squarely on the individual
learner. This is a crucial step since it is generally accepted that no two people have the same
learning requirements, and that there is no one optimal method of instruction. Students' sense of
self-worth is important to me, and I will do all in my power to instill in them the self-assurance
they need to be an active part of the classroom's behavior management strategy.

Construct resources that meet the needs of individual students in a manner that
encourages diversity and inclusion (4.1)
Having a wide variety of tools and resources at their disposal is beneficial for both educators and
their pupils. The idea is to create a community where kids from all walks of life can hang out,
learn from one another, and celebrate their differences and similarities. Physical traits that set
people apart from one another. A child's language and social skills develop in response to these
factors (Tien et al., 2020). There is a wide range of ages, nationalities, languages, religions, and
cultures represented in my classroom. My view is that it's crucial for students of different
backgrounds to treat one other with respect. Educators that take initiative to learn more about the
pedagogical approaches of their choosing and to utilize the tools available to them demonstrate a
high level of dedication to their career. Numerous learning tools are at your disposal. Professors
often make supplementary materials to help them communicate their courses to students. As a
teacher, I need many pedagogical tools to help my students learn. The course materials are created
with the students' interests, needs, learning styles, and course objectives in mind. This suggests
that material may have interesting text or visually appealing images. As a professor of marketing,
I often use handouts to supplement and reinforce lectures. In the classroom, I made an effort to
treat everyone with respect.

I want my students to have a fantastic learning experience while also gaining as much knowledge
as they can. Depending on the needs of my class, I may have to modify my methods of
instruction. When developing a curriculum, an interdisciplinary approach ensures that all students
may apply what they have learned, participate in classroom activities, and demonstrate their skills
and knowledge. Lessons are more engaging when students from all walks of life are represented
(Sumardi et al., 2020). Keeping my accent and topic simple and approachable in order to meet the
demands of the instructor is one way in which I adapt my style. I write it on the board for the
students who are having problems following along. We use the internet, a video, and a recording
in my class. To help illustrate points in class, I sometimes use visual aids like charts, graphs, and
drawings. My students have benefited greatly from my usage of PowerPoint and projectors. This
technique in a circle helps my students learn to work together and find common ground. I help
connect students with specialized business resources. They become more knowledgeable and
secure in their abilities.

Exhibit in one's own classroom efforts for racial and gender equality and the
celebration of cultural differences (4.3)
In order to promote collaboration, management must demonstrate and explain why it values
workers and financial success. This should show in their internal and external business practices.
Effective feedback cultures empower workers to identify issues, suggest solutions, and request
views. Appointing "diversity champions" at each level of a company is an excellent approach to
further the cause of diversity and inclusion. Justice, tolerance, and acceptance are all fostered by
open channels of communication. Many subjects and their origins and present sources of anxiety
are outlined here. It may also be utilized for more difficult matters, such as releasing personal
information (Ting et al., 2021). There could be more talks about workplace diversity and
improvement as a consequence. I'm a supporter for student autonomy and collaboration. I am a
student of history, culture, and religion.

Demonstrate adaptability in choosing and adapting assessment types and
approaches to meet the varying needs of students' learning and evaluation (5.2)
In recent years, there has been a shift toward creating examinations that are more accessible to
students whose preferred learning methods vary. Standardized testing must not to undermine
differentiated instruction or punish successful pupils (Ramos et al., 2021). Three approaches are
presented that might assist teachers in reaching their goals.
Many children lack the necessary conceptual understanding to articulate difficult ideas in speech
and writing. Students with documented learning disabilities, such as Dyslexia or a speech
disorder, are allowed up to 25 percent extra time to complete this activity.
Students who cannot take notes in class frequently use the services of transcribers to help them do
so. This will not assist you at all, but if you're concerned about disrupting other students, you may
do it outside the testing room. This might also help students who have to take time from school
due to an eye injury or illness.

Teachers' competence design is the process of gathering information on a student's progress via a
number of channels. I may learn a lot about my kids from the results of a primary school
diagnostic exam, such as their level of readiness, their favorite learning methods, and their current
stage of growth and development. Thanks to this information, I can make clear distinctions among
the educational system, my own teaching, and my evaluation and assessment (Schellekens et al.,
2021). My hope is that by letting students see their summative test scores, I may help them adjust
their pattern recognition and goal-setting to better meet the needs of the schools of the future. This
allows me to help students improve as educators while they are in the midst of their own
classrooms.

Use fundamentals of inclusive education in lesson preparation, instruction, and


evaluation (6.2)
There is a core set of skills that must be used in the learning process. It's vital for teachers to
demonstrate their core skills while attempting to meet the needs of their pupils or trainees.
Reading the required external and internal guidelines for screening and diagnosis is an excellent
way to put what you learn about reading and writing to work in the classroom. I intend to review
the certification's prerequisites and make notes on the course material and test questions. I plan to
hold one-on-one conferences with each kid to discuss their individual needs. Asking a pupil a

question is one way I can learn about their background and experiences. I will always keep an eye
on my class and listen for their comments (Schlesselman, 2020). I will make an effort to address
their concerns and answer their questions to their satisfaction. The time needed to administer the
pre-assessment, post-assessment, and analyze the data requires careful scheduling on the part of
the teacher (Wallace, 2019). Using information and communication technologies, content may be
created and uploaded to a VLE or other online system with ease. Make your own materials and
distribute them to your students with the aid of a word processor or other software.

Teachers often hear that communication is one of their most important skills. Each and every
contact that occurs between the instructor and the class is a kind of communication. In the
simplest type of communication, one party conveys data or a message to another party. Two-way
conversations are ideal. Not that the instructors will have all the say and the students will sit
quietly and take notes. The right to raise questions and participate in class discussions is equally
important for students. The recipient of one-sided communication is likely to feel ignored and
annoyed. This anger serves as a significant barrier to interaction. The pupil might become
disoriented and miss important information. Providing feedback to students, I believe, is the single
most important thing that can be done to help them learn and grow. It is my job to make sure the
institution always uses the most effective methods of teaching and learning (Akhmedov, 2021).
Students cannot learn efficiently and reach their full potential if they cannot evaluate their own
performance. Training classes on new approaches and technology that I can employ in the
classroom should be a primary emphasis of mine. As time went on, I came to see the critical
nature of advancing the minimal core in the field of education. I will always try to make my
classroom seem welcoming to all students and eliminate any and all obstacles to discussion.
Students will have enough time and room for free expression.

Describe how you've used assessment theories, models, and concepts in your
own work (5.5)
The learning process and the students' development may both benefit from a well-thought-out
approach to evaluation. Teachers benefit much from assessment since it reveals important
information such as what pupils are learning, how well they are learning it, and where they are

having difficulty. Teachers can better relate to their pupils via assessment. In my role as a teacher,
it is essential that I have a firm grasp of assessment theory and model in order to effectively aid my
pupils and cater to their wide range of individual requirements. I need to figure out how to tailor
my lessons to each individual student's strengths and weaknesses. There seem to be three distinct
evaluation theories at work here. Three different types of evaluation theories are presented here
(Clark, 2018). Diagnostic tests provide both students and instructors valuable insight into where
they are in terms of skills and what they'll need going forward. Before beginning the course, a
diagnostic evaluation should be given to the student to determine their level of preparedness. In
order to evaluate the efficacy of instruction and assessment, it is necessary to discuss the topics that
make up the curriculum. Conversely, students get both a letter grade and detailed comments on
their performance on summative tests. Students need to be updated on their standing and aware of
their success or failure.

Use theories and models for self-reflection on how well you're doing at planning,
delivering, and evaluating inclusive instruction and learning (7.1)
Improvement and growth as an individual and in one's job rely heavily on theories of reflection.
This integration of theory and practice is equally crucial. Through introspection, students will be
able to identify distinct modes of thinking. Everyone may learn from their successes and failures
by taking the time to reflect on what went well and wrong (Stander et al., 2019). Kolb's learning
cycle and the Honey and Mumford model are two examples of models for reflective practice.
David Kolb conceived up the reflective model in 1984. Kolb's idea of learning by experience was
endorsed, along with his learning type questionnaire, in this framework. The researchers Honey
and Mumford have shown that there are four distinct learning styles. People are continually trying
to connect to someone else at a different point in the learning cycle. Activist, Reflector, Theorist,
and Pragmatist are the Four Stages. They frame the many learning approaches as stages along a
single continuum.

Consider how you can do a better job of designing, executing, and evaluating
inclusive instruction on your own (7.2)
Having faith in oneself, acquiring relevant information, and effectively conveying your ideas are
all crucial in this regard. I need to work on my own methods of implementing, evaluating, and
enhancing inclusive education. My classroom will be an inclusive environment. Nobody in the
classroom should feel like an outsider. I want to examine my preconceived notions about my

pupils and replace them with clear, measurable goals. It's not essential to pick select individual
pupils from the class if you want them to share their thoughts. I intend to routinely do such checks
on my background knowledge. I have confidence in my ability to design a comprehensive plan of
instruction that takes into consideration the diverse requirements of my students. There aren't very
many high-achieving students, so I need to devise some challenging projects for them. How I will
present the material to my students is something else I need to check off my list. The presenting
technique is a common framework for my classroom activities. These are some areas in which my
personal approach to planning may use some refinement.

Conclusion
As we've seen, educators may draw from a wide range of theoretical frameworks and practical
models to help their students develop into well-rounded, contributing members of society.
Everyone involved in the building process requires a solid understanding of the resources
available to them and the areas of concentration where those resources are most required. It is my
responsibility as a teacher to inspire my pupils to take an active role in their own education. The
lesson has to build on the students' prior knowledge, and the students' misconceptions and queries
should be addressed and resolved as they arise.
