Sources of Data

The data has been collected from primary sources through a well-structure questionnaire. The
reason to choose questionnaire survey because this method is more convenient and effective for
this study. The design of the questionnaire consists of two parts. The first part of the
questionnaire is related to the demographic characteristics. The other parts of the questionnaire
is related to the experience of the respondents towards the cosmetic goods. Around 33
questionnaire has been distributed through an online platform (Google Form) and mainly
distributed to the female respondent who are using the cosmetic goods.

Data Analysis
Data Analysis is the process of collecting, modelling, and analyzing data using various statistical
and logical methods and techniques. This section includes the tools and techniques used for the
analysis of data collected. Descriptive statistical tools like percentage were used to analyze data.
For statistical analysis and presentation, the collected data were arranged, classified and analyzed
by constructing tables, bar-graph, etc. Based on the analysis of data, major finding have
presented.

Action Implication
Nowadays, people have become more aware regarding the use of cosmetic in their day-to-day
life in order to enhance their style, beauty, and overall personality. Some of the action
implication of cosmetic brands that can gain valuable insights into the factor that influence
customer’s buying behavior.
 Emphasize on the product quality.
 Conduct market research to understand price expectations and competitors pricing
strategy.
 Conduct customer surveys and collect data to understand specific preferences and needs.
 Develop product variation and options of the different skin types.
