Essay, Francesca Delli Colli, C1, 230 words.

Learning about different cultures really is excellent: becoming open-mindend, and maybe starting to think
about everything that surround us in a different way than usual, are the usual and positive consequences of
learning about a diverse culture.

There are many ways you can learn about another culture, for exemple, by attending lessons regarding the
specific culture you want to know more about.
That could really help in learning, and comprehending as well, topics about a particular culture.
Also, a good theacher, that knows everything about that culture, could be really helpful, making sure you
know tons of new thing about that topic and understand the culture they are teaching about.

On the other hand, courses could really be long lasting: of course, you can’t take a course and expect it to
last just a few months; moreover, finding courses about not so well-known cultures, expecially in small
cities, can be tough: you could just acquire a book and study that by yourself, in a more fast and easy way.

In my opinion, directly visiting the places where the culture in found, is the best way of learning about it.
Living an immediate experience and immersing yourself in a culturally totally different country, apart from
being a marvelous adventure, is the way by which you can learn quickly about many aspects of that culture.
