APPLICATION FOR CANCELLATION OF SUPERDARI OF

VEHICLE - HYUNDAI I10 BEARING NO. DL 3CBR 9445
MOST RESPECTFULLY SHOWETH:-

1. That the applicant namely Sadre Alam Khan S/o

Heshamuddin Khan R/o House no. A-82/D, Block A,
Abul Fazal Enclave-2, Shaheen Bagh, Jamia Nagar, New
Delhi-110025, is complainant in the aforementioned FIR.
The copy of the driving license of the applicant is
annexed here with as Annexure A-1.

2. That the applicant was involved in the accident on

09/05/2019 while driving his vehicle Hyundai I10
bearing registration number DL 3CBR 9445 near Okhla
Tank, Sewer Plant Road, Sarita Vihar, New Delhi. It is
further submitted that the applicant is the owner of the
said vehicle. The copy of the registration certificate (RC)
of the said vehicle is annexed herewith as Annexure A-2.

3. That a FIR bearing no. 162/2019, PS: Sarita Vihar, U/s:

279/337 IPC has been registered against the offending
vehicle. The copy of the said FIR 162/2019 PS: Sarita
 Vihar, U/s: 279/337 IPC is annexed here with as
Annexure A-3.

4. That the aforementioned vehicle of the applicant has

been released on superdari by this Hon’ble Court vide
order dated 00.05.2019.

5. That after release of the vehicle, applicant sent the

vehicle to the service center for repair work and the
estimate of the said repair has come out to be 1,50,000/-
(Rupees One Lakh Fifty Thousand Only), which is
equivalent to the actual value of the vehicle.

6. That no fruitful purpose would be served to the applicant

by repairing his vehicle as the cost of repairing is too
exorbitant and equivalent to the actual cost of the
vehicle.

7. That it is therefore, requested that the applicant may be

allowed to sell his abovementioned vehicle.

PRAYER
It is, therefore, most humbly prayed that the
abovementioned vehicle (Hyundai I10 bearing no. DL 3CBR
9445) superdari be cancelled and the applicant be allowed to
sell the vehicle.

AND Pass any such order, as this Hon’ble Court may

deems fit.

Nagar, New Delhi-110025, do hereby solemnly affirm and
declare as under:

1. That I being the deponent is the permanent resident of

the above said address.

2. That the deponent is the owner of the Grey colour

Hyundai I10, Registration No. DL 3C BR 9445, releasing
of vehicle has been drafted by my counsel under my
instructions and read over, explained to me and
understood by me.

3. That the contents of the accompanying application are

read as part and parcel of this affidavit and the same are
not repeated here for the sake of brevity.
