Unit 10 (5%)

Academic honesty questionnaire:

Part one

What advice would you give to a peer or friend who was tempted to use AI and/or other
services/tools to write their assignment for them?
I would like to give few suggestions to those who use AI or other services to write their

assignment.

1) Whoever uses AI to complete their assignment is considered plagiarism or

cheating. so, I tell him/her to maintain academic integrity.

2) Assignments are designed to learn skills which are useful in future career.so I

suggest my friend to do not depend on AI tools which cause your thinking

capability.

3) Relying on AI can make trouble to find dream job. Ended up with frustration and

anger in life.

4) If my friend found struggle in assignment, I would suggest him to seek help from

professor or any available tutor from department.

Part two
Go to your content folder - College policies Centennial College’s Academic Honesty
and Plagiarism policy. Summarize section 7 in 100 words. Focus on 3 points as there
are many.
Academic dishonesty has implications for the college, such as a temporary or

permanent prohibition from applying again. Transcript notations suggesting a violation

of academic integrity may be faced by students. One possible outcome is suspension,

which carries a minimum one-year academic time limit and allows for reapplication prior

to completion. Notations on transcripts made during a suspension could specify the

cause. Students may appeal to the Dean to have such notations removed from their

transcripts after a certain amount of time. These actions highlight the college's

dedication to upholding academic honesty and encouraging a responsible learning

environment.

Part three

Post feedback to two of your classmates on the discussion board. Then copy and paste
that feedback on this template and submit it in the assignment folder titled “Peer

Draft 1

Peer’s Name: Hyeongjae Jang,

Your Feedback:

Hi Hyeongjae Jang,

After reading your draft on African American men discrimination at workplace in

America. It is well written and cover major parts of your source article. Your draft

provides insight thought on racism and partiality at workplace. Look like you describe

every information from article, I suggest you make clear topic sentence first then

explain topic sentence with author's perspective. Use CRAAP method to write your

essay. Relevance information should be used in your final essay. You effectively

highlights the challenges but you should also address other issues like gender and

economic status. In your draft your summery is on point but the introduction looks very

long and its similar to a brief summary of article. It’s my analysis on your response.

Other resources are convincing and on points.

Thank you.
Draft 2

Peer’s Name:

Your Feedback:

Hi PYAE SONE AUNG ,

Your critique essay is well written and organized. I personally enjoy your writing skill

because during reading of your essay sentences I found it grammarless and complex.

Readers can enjoy your writing. However, if I talk about content of your essay, there

are few area that should be improved. Your thesis statement should be include at the

end of the introduction paragraph. Another point is your responsive paragraphs are

quite smaller. Moreover citations are not used properly, I cannot track outer sources

easily. You must provide citations quotes in inverted comas. This is my suggestions in

your critique researched essay.

Thank you.

Please consult your instructor if more than two peer reviews are required.
