The ScalableLine is a 4K Displayport extender system supporting

4K/5K resolutions in perfect 4:4:4 color space compatible with 10G
network switches. These systems can be used as high-performance

The media4Kconnect is a 4K/5K Displayport extender system supporting

4K resolutions in perfect 4:4:4 color space compatible with 10G network

extender supporting the extension of a keyboard, mouse and DVI-D
video signal up to 150m/492ft away from the computer source.

The USBflex Extender is the active USB only extension of the FLEXline.
USBflex is available in copper extension up to 150m/492ft or fiber
extension up to 160km/99mi. These units can be used for point-to-
point connections or with a standard network switching systems up
to 1000 endpoints. With the included Switching Manager software,
convenient and intuitive management of KVM extenders in the
switching system is possible. These are perfect for active extension of
USB 2.0 high speed signals supporting devices such as tablets, touch
screens, speakers, printers or USB harddrive devices. For security
applications, the units can be configured to limit USB interfaces to
USB-HID only devices.

system and access to virtual machines in a
separate network.
The kvm-tec Gateway has the function of a thin client and
in combination with the FLEXLine local extender is the ideal
combination for virtual machine switching. With the kvm-tec
Gateway it is possible to connect virtual machines or remote PC’s
outside the KVM main network. Up to four virtual machine sessions
can be retrieved via one Gateway client. Standard protocols include
RDP and VNC with other protocols available on request.

Switching Manager / API
Kvm-tec uses a web-based software to manage the KVM

extenders for configuration and switching commands. Simply
install the Switching Manager software to manage all KVM
extenders in the switching system. Communication in the
Switching Manager takes place via the API service, which
translates the information for the extenders into understandable
commands. The Switching Manager can be operated via a
web browser or as an app and can be used for a wide range
of platforms and operating systems (Windows, Linux). For the
installation a tablet or PC is required and it can be chosen
between automatic installation or self-configuration of the
web server. Two versions are available; the basic version which
is included free with all systems and a redundant version and
multi-license model at an additional charge. With the Switch
Manager software, matrix switching systems are managed up to
2000 endpoints and systems can be expanded at any time with
endpoint packages.
