Surface Preparation
The surface should be level, cleaned and solid, free of laitance, dust and loose particles.
Surface laitance, oil, grease, mould release agents that may inhibit adhesion must be
removed from concrete surfaces using wire brush, scabbler or other means. Treatment of
such uneven surface defects, honeycombed surfaces... with self-leveling mortar or
suitable material. The substrates must be of sufficient strength with a minimum
compressive strength of 25 N/mm2.
Mixing
Mix in ratio Part A : Part B = 3 : 1 with a low speed mechanical mixer for about 3-5
minutes. Can dilute the mixture after mixing with water according to using purpose.
Attention: The mixing of the components has to be effected very thoroughly, especially
on the walls and bottom of the can.
Application
Can be applied GreenGuard 13 by roller or brush until the surface is covered. Allow
primer to dry for about 30 - 45 minutes and when primer layer surface is still sticky, apply
the epoxy or polyurethane coating.

Packaging
GreenGuard 13 is packed in pails Part A: 3 kg and Part B: 1 kg.
Coverage
GreenGuard 13 is primed with coverage 0.07 - 0.10 kg/m2/coat for applying polyurethane
waterproofing coating or painting wall with GreenGuard 11.
GreenGuard 13 is primed with coverage 0.20 - 0.25 kg/m2/coat for floor coating with
GreenGuard 11.
Cleaning
All tools and hands may be cleaned with abundant water before the adhesive sets. After
setting, cleaning becomes very difficult but can usually be helped by mechanical means.
Storage
The shelf life of GreenGuard 13 is 12 months when stored unopened in a cool and dry
place.
