TERRAFLEX is a two-component solvent free
epoxy resin system. It is designed to incorporate
with dry sand on-site application to the required
consistency. The specially selected resins and
additives form an easily finished impervious
mortar with high build characteristics whilst
perform optimum chemical and mechanical
resistance. It provides an aesthetically pleasing
seamless floor surface in multiple color blends
providing a durable finish equivalent to
industrial floor surfaces. TERRAFLEX promotes
better adhesion of the topcoat to the concrete
and helps to prevent pinholes caused by out
gassing.

Surface Preparation
The concrete surfaces to be coated should be
sound, dry, clean, and free from dust, rust, oil,
grease, paint or other contaminations. Green
concrete should not be coated, new concrete
floors should be left for a minimum of 28 days
before coating.
TERRAFLEX should not be applied on the surface
known to suffer from underground moisture.
Application
Mix component A and B together by low speed
mixing paddle, ensure homogeneous mix is
achieved. Dry aggregates can be incorporated
into the mix to the desirable consistency. Apply the
mixed material to the prepared substrate with a
steel or notch trowel.
Cleaning
Tools and equipments should be cleaned by thinner
No.17 after use.

Storage
Store in a cool dry place and protect from direct
sunlight
Shelf life
12 months when store in dry condition and
properly closed container
Safety Instruction
Always wear the appropriate safety goggles,
breathing protection, clothing and gloves during
the handling of any epoxy resins and hardener. Do
not smoke. Work with adequate ventilation during
application. Store all materials in a cool, well –
ventilated and dry place, and away from direct
sunlight. Properly dispose all used containers and
excess material in accordance to the local
governing safety rules and regulations.
