Dear Parents

Re: Newton British Academy End of Term 1 Examination Schedule

Please find below the examination timetable for our Key Stage 3 (Years 7 to 9) students.

We would be grateful if you could read through this notification and attached timetable carefully with your child to ensure
that all students have a clear and full understanding of what is expected of them during the assessment period. Please note
revision material can be found on Google Classroom for the respective classes and revision lists are shared.

Please take note of the following arrangements:

• Students will write 2 examinations per day in 2 sessions:

o Session 1 will start at 08:00
o Session 2 will start at 11:00
• All content covered thus far will be tested on in the upcoming assessments for all subjects.
• There will be revision time each morning from 7:10 to 8:00.
• Primary students are not permitted to leave early with their siblings in Secondary

The next couple of weeks will be busy, and perhaps stressful for our students as we approach the examinations. We would,
therefore, be grateful if you could support your child at this time with their revision for the assessment by ensuring that they
have a quiet learning environment at home in which to study.

Please note that all students are expected to attend school until the last day of Term 1, Thursday 14th of December to support
their learning journey and return to school on Monday, January 8th for Term 2.
