College campus will benefit from maximizing the advantages of ITSM?

processes, among others.

ITSM or Information Technology Service Management goals are effectively managed and
provision of IT services through practices and toolset. STI College campus can benefit from
maximizing the advantages of ITSM in different school facilities, for example is registrar, by
maximizing the benefits of ITSM it can improve the service delivery. ITSM framework such as
ITIL can provide structured processes for managing day-to-day incoming data such as students
request like helping students schedule or register for classes. STI College Las Pinas change their
software by upgrading the OS from windows 7 to windows 10, by the help of Change
management of ITSM, it can provide structured approach to plan, communicate, and implement
these changes while minimizing risks and disruptions. Incident Management is important for
registrar to act, if the information stored such as student record, which is important to them for
graduation requirements is properly taken care of, the school can possibly be in trouble. STI
College have different departments like registrar, academic head, program head, admission
office, cashier, and faculty teacher the collaboration and communication between these
departments are important and ITSM can provide effective solutions and can result in a more
unified and effective strategy for resolving IT-related problems.
