Refer to the heading above, I'm a second year student in bachelor of Tourism Management at Sokoine
University of Agriculture.

The aim of writing this letter is to express the challenge occurred in my first year result, where by in
BTM 102 and BTM 103 has incomplete in remarks and grade "I" instead of really result.
