Greetings of peace! This year, the Department of Education (DepEd) through the Bureau of
Learning Delivery (BLD) will conduct the 2023 National Festival of Talents (NFOT) with the theme, “21st
Century Learning and Fostering Creative Industries through Talents and Skills Exhibit in Region X
(Northern Mindanao) on July 17-21, 2023.

Participating in this activity means a contestant had already won elimination contests from school,
district, municipal, division and regional levels to be able to compete to the national level. One of the events
in this Festival of Talents is ‘” Read a Thon”, in which MALIAH JERMAE F. FORMANES, a pupil from
Irosin Central School is lucky to represent our region in this prestigious competition. Our pride, to be a
national competitor coming from our school is such a rare opportunity.

As a coach, I would like to knock on your humble hearts to ask for financial assistance to defray
from any expenses that our travel may incur such as allowance for our plane tickets and hotel
accommodation.
