GATHERING AND SAFETY AWARE PRESENTATION.
1. To implement, enforce and maintain safety policies, procedures and WSH
Act & Regulation to ensure compliance on site.
2. To identify and access foreseeable risks associated with specific tasks or
processes, and recommend practical control measures to eliminate or reduce
these risks.
3. Coordinate with all stakeholders to ensure they comply with safety
regulations and standards.
4. Conduct regular WSH inspection on site to identify potential hazards, unsafe
practices, and conditions and share with relevant shareholders.
5. Organize and oversee safety training programs for workers, supervisors, and
managers. Ensure that all employees have the necessary certification and
qualifications to perform their jobs safely.
6. Conduct safety induction course and require internal safety training.
7. Conduct WSH committee inspection and committee meeting monthly basis.
8. Establish a system for reporting and investigating incident, Near miss and
safety violations. Maintain records and implement corrective actions
9. Develop and implement emergency response plans, including evacuation
procedures, first aid station, and fire safety measures. Conduct drills
regularly and ensure workers are familiar with emergency protocols.
10. Conduct management meetings with top management to weekly basis.
11. Ensure that appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) is provided and
worn by all workers as required and monitor the proper use of PPE.
12. Regularly inspect and properly maintained of any machinery, plant,
equipment and tools are in good working condition.
13. Perform safety audits and reviews to access the effectiveness of safety
programs and identify areas of improvement.
14. Stay up-to-date with the latest safety roles and regulation, and technologies
through continuous education, training and improvements.
15. Mediate and resolve conflicts related to safety concerns among relevant
shareholders.
