Listen and repeat.
He's been the head of our department for five years, so he really understands how things work.
She's in charge of the accounts department, so she's my direct boss.
We're thinking of giving him more responsibility. He's a very good worker.
We are all responsible to the line manager. He tells us what to do.
His main duties as head of sales are coordinating the sales team and meeting targets.
I'm responsible for answering enquiries and preparing quotes. It's part of my job.
