Design standard of Saddles for heat exchangers and vessels. Use this standard for study purposes only.

General Notes:

1. For material see exchanger drawing


2. Bolthole diameter to be bolt diameter +6 mm
3. For saddle locations see exchanger drawing
4. Mentioned weights are for two bottom saddles
5. All joint shall be 6 mm continuous fillet welded both sides
