1. In reference to the Boy Scouts of the Philippines – Tarlac Council office Memorandum No 16, 2023
and Division Memorandum 576, s.2023 This Office announce the facilitation of 2023
INSTITUTIONAL BACKYARD CAMPING on November 27 – 29 2023.

2. The Following School Outfit Advisors Shall Lead and assist in the conduct of the activity.

3. Service Credits will be given for attendance and participation in the said activity as per
Deped Order No. 76, s 2012 title “Guidelines on Revitalizing Boy Scouting in School
Nationwide”, and Regional Memorandum No. 621, s. 2022.
4. To intensify the institutional scouting movement all Teachers and Outfit advisors are
advise to recruit new Senior Scout members and motivate them to join the school base
encampment. For Concerns and clarifications, please contact Mrs. Gerlie Pineda.
5. All Head Teachers of different learning areas will Monitor and Evaluate the activities to
ensure that the objective of the programs was met.
6. Immediate dissemination and compliance with this memorandum are directed.
