06:00 Wake up, and go to the bathroom for take my bath. 06:30 I dress up and go to cook the breakfast, I prepare coffee with milk, bread with butter and scrambled eggs. 07:30 I eat my breakfast and drive to work, the traffic is terrible. 13:00 – 14:00 Enjoy a well-deserved break and have a nutritious lunch. After the lunch I drink a cup o coffee and return of the activities to work. 14:00 – 17:00 During this time, I call clients, make reports and release the products. 18:00 – 19:30 I go to the gym and exercise, according to my routine. I drink about one liter of water. 20:30 I cook the dinner, I like to make pasta, fried chicken, rice and salad. I eat with my family and we talk about the work, study and watch tv in the living room. 22:00 I get my clothes ready for the next day, I put my pijamas, I brush my theets and go to the bed. WEEKENDS: Use weekends to engage in hobbies, unwind, or explore new places by traveling. Dedicate time to self-care and relaxation to recharge for the upcoming week and I stay with my family play the basketball, watch movies and talk about the before week.
