Introduction.

A healthy lifestyle is very important nowadays. In the fast-paced world of young people, they

must quickly address health problems that affect their well-being and take proactive measures.

In this case, my colleague Cristian called me on the phone a few hours ago where he told me

that he had some health problems such as tooth pain. and stress and he told me to help him.

Next, partner Cristian, I will provide you with advice on common health problems, guiding you

towards a healthier lifestyle.

Body:

On the other hand, partner Cristian, I will give you some advice that would help you have a

more balanced life.

Stress:

• Take breaks and relax by breathing deeply or taking short walks.

• You should seek support from trusted people or professionals when you feel overwhelmed.

•You should take advantage of your free time to play a sport that you practice.

• You should not spend so much time on the computer doing your work.

Toothache:

-You should visit a professional dentist.

- You should take a toothache pill.

-You should brush three times a day for each meal eaten such as: breakfast, lunch and dinner

- You shouldn't carry too heavy things.

-You must eat healthy and eat on time.

-You shouldn't eat junk food.


CONLUSION:

Health is a fundamental aspect in people's lives and will play a determining role in their well-

being and quality of life. To maintain good health, it is necessary to adopt healthy habits, such

as a balanced diet, regular physical exercise, avoiding the consumption of harmful substances

and maintaining emotional balance. In addition, it is important to carry out regular medical

checkups to detect possible problems or diseases in early stages and receive appropriate

treatment. Taking care of our health is the responsibility of each individual and allows us to

enjoy a full and active life.
