SUBJECT : OBSERVANCE OF DUTY OFFICER OF THE DAY

DATE : December ___ 2023

In consonance to the agreements made during the Sangguniang Barangay

inaugural session held on _________________, 2023, all Barangay Kagawads are
hereby directed to be on duty on the following day, to wit:

Monday - Kagawad ______________________

Tuesday - Kagawad ______________________
Wednesday - Kagawad ______________________
Thursday - Kagawad ______________________
Friday - Kagawad ______________________
Saturday - Kagawad ______________________
Sunday - Kagawad ______________________

As Duty Officer of the Day, he/she shall report to the Barangay Hall from
8:00AM – 5:00 PM and shall be responsible to provide assistance to all clients in
the absence of the Punong Barangay.

Violation of any provisions of this Order shall be penalized in accordance

with the following:

 For 1st Offense - Reprimand

 For 2nd Offense - Payment of P200.00
 For 3rd Offense and every - Payment of P500.00
offense thereafter

This Order, issued in the interest of public service, shall take effect after
ten (10) days from the day of its posting in the bulletin board located inside the
barangay hall.
