Question #1 Identify four errors in strategy that Kodak made

In my understanding about I read of the Kodak case is the four errors in strategy that Kodak made are:
Not adapting to changing business conditions, they raise prices on film and chemistry, when the digital
age of photography beckoned Kodak, the company simply ignored its call when the time ripe to make
the transition, and lastly is though walls were closing in on kodak, the company still went on to argue
that analog photography is better than digital and it lost 10 valuable years this way.

Question #2 Identify four positive strategic moves that Fuji made.

As I read and my understanding the Fujifilm had four positive strategic moves and this are the good
management resources, first-rate technology, a sound financial footing, a reputable brand, and
excellence in its diverse workforce. The company’s core photographic film market was shrinking at a
spectacular rate, and the situation was critical. Fujifilm had good management resources, first-rate
technology, a sound financial footing, a reputable brand, and excellence in its diverse workforce. If all
these assets could be effectively combined into a successful strategy and applied, I was sure that
something could be done to save the day.
