OBJECTIVE: The Annual Performance Appraisal reflects an assessment of a faculty’s accomplishments over the past
year. This should be in perspective of the plans made by faculty in consensus with relevant Head of Department, Service
Line Chair and Medical Directorate at the start of every year. The plans should cover all the FIVE dimensions; Clinical,
Soft Skills, Academics, Research and Administration.
APPRAISAL DURATION: The faculty will be appraised annually preferably in April for his/her performance in last one
year, i.e. from April 1 till March 31. The advanced work planning submitted at the start of year, will be reviewed and
analyzed at the time of annual appraisal while planning for the next year will be discussed and agreed upon. A mid-year
appraisal in October can also be planned in coming years.

TIME MANAGEMENT

committed to at least 42 hours a week while non-full timers have variable commitments known to them. Kindly mention
