TITLE: HOW TO MAKE HOMEMADE PIZZA

INGREDIENTS: PIZZA DOUGH, PIZZA SAUCE ,SHREDDED MOZARELLA CHEESE, DESIRED


TOPPING(E.G PEPPERONI ,MUSHROOMS , BELL PEPPERS )

STEP 1: PREPARE THE DOUGH

- Start by mixing the flour, yeast, salt, sugar, and olive oil in a large bowl.
- Gradually add warm water and knead the dough until it becomes smooth and elastic.
- Cover the dough with a clean cloth and let it rest for about an hour or until it doubles in size.
STEP 2: PREHEAT THE OVEN

- While the dough is resting, preheat your oven to the recommended temperature (aaround 450°F
or 230°C).
- If you have a pizza stone, place it in the oven during this time to preheat as well.
STEP 3: ROLL AND SHAPE THE DOUGH

- Once the dough has risen, lightly flour a flat surface and transfer the dough onto it.
- Roll out the dough into your desired pizza shape and thickness. You can make thin-crust, thick-
crust, or personal-sized pizzas based on your preference.
STEP 4: ASSEMBLE THE PIZZA

- Place the rolled-out dough onto a baking sheet or a pizza stone if you have one.

- Spread a generous amount of pizza sauce evenly on the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.

- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce.

STEP 5: ADD TOPPINGS

- Now it's time to get creative! Add your desired toppings such as pepperoni, mushrooms, bell
peppers, or any other ingredients you like.
STEP 6: BAKE THE PIZZA

- Bake for approximately 10-15 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese has
melted and started to brown on top.
STEP 7: SERVE AND ENJOY

- Once your homemade pizza is ready, take it out of the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.
Slice it into desired portions and serve it hot.
