    ETAT FOURTH QUARTER REPORT

    This report is from April to June. Activities done were as follows

    Death audit reviews for third quarter were conducted from 22 nd April through 27th April,
    2013.

    Supervision for Bwaila and Area 25 Health center was done on 22nd and 23rd May
    respectively. Overview report revealed that Bwaila is setting up and Area 25 Health centre
    needs assistance in resseting up the pprogrammme.

    Follow up visit to Area 25 Health center was conducted where only room for the
    programme was identified. They still need assistance in all the areas of ETAT.

    PLANNED ACTIVITIES FOR THE NEXT QUARTER.

    Training of support staff in ETAT funded by SSDI. Dates not yet confirmerd.

    Paediatric death reviews for all the ETAT sites with funds from SSDI. Dates are from 22 nd
    July for six days.

    Supervision for Bwaila and Area 25 Health centre to see progress. Dates to be
    communicated later.
