03 October, 2023. We have given you warning and an ample opportunity to return
in this period.

We would like you to understand that your actions and behavior is not in keeping
with the rules of the company and this is against the requisite operational and

This letter is to formally record the organization’s dissatisfaction with your

disposition. Due to alls the above stated reasons we will not be in a position to
continue with your services. You stand relieved from services of the organization
from end of day of 11 October, 2023.
