You are an Associate of TeamLease Services Ltd bearing Employee Code No 2235335 and
have been employed by TeamLease by virtue of your Appointment letter date 13-10-2021.
However we regret to inform you that, you have failed to render your services in
accordance with the norms and policies of the company. Further it has been reported
against you that you have involved in below incident, which seems to be a deliberate action
from your side and a serious violation of norms and policies of the company.

 Undisciplined

Such act of yours is absolutely unprofessional and unethical thereby amounting to gross
violation of Company policies and procedures, as a result of which you are liable for severe
disciplinary action including dismissal from service.

In the light of the above facts and circumstances such acts of misconduct are absolutely
unwarranted and uncalled for, thereby amounting to violation of your terms of
employment. You are hereby called upon to submit your explanation within 7 days after
receiving this letter failing which you shall be liable for strict disciplinary action.
