our team had with you and also on the basis of information submitted by you, we are pleased to appoint as
BPO Associate, in Altruist Technologies Pvt Ltd, Building No-8, Sector No 1, Plot NO MBP – 2, At TTC Industrial Area
Mumbai near MTNL office , Navi Mumbai – 400710. You will be paid CTC emoluments of Rs.214560.0p.a. /(Details attached
in Annexure 1) Annexure 2 contains all terms and conditions of employment and benefits applicable to you. Please indicate
your acceptance on terms and conditions and salary details as mentioned in the appendix by signing a copy of this letter.

1. Your place of work will be at the place indicated on the above-mentioned appointment letter. However, your services are
transferable and you may be assigned to any location in India where the company or any one of its associates or
customers conducts business. While on transfer you will be governed by the rules, regulations and conditions of service
of that location and as per the Transfer Policy.

2. You will be expected to attend office as per the time and the schedule fixed that will be informed to you as per company
policy.

3. You will be on probation for six months from the date of your joining. Your appointment may deem to be confirmed on the
expiry of the probation and no separate letter will be released/ issued unless notified during the probation period. The
management at its discretion reserves the right to extend the same subject to your performance as per the performance
standards applicable to your role. The performance if found unsatisfactory, the probation period may be extended or
terminated subject to the merits of the case. The extension will be served to you in writing and may be for a period not less
than three months from the date the earlier probation period may have ended. At the end of the extended probation period,
your services with the company would be confirmed subject to your performance meeting the requisite standards.

4. During the probation period, either party may terminate this contract by giving 15 days’ notice in writing or by paying 15
days salary in lieu thereof.

5. Post confirmation, your services may be terminated by either party, giving notice of 1 month in writing or payment in lieu of.

6. In case of employee resigning from the services of the company, he/she will be liable to serve “notice period” as stated
above or pay a sum equivalent to the company for the number of days unserved (Gross Salary), which will be calculated
from the date of resignation letter to the date of relieving. Relieving letter will not be issued unless the amount, based on
the above is settled by you, along with any other dues payable to the company. The aim of this is to avoid unnecessary
disruption of business of the Company. Altruist Technologies Private Limited reserves the right to terminate your
employment on grounds of policy, misconduct or unsatisfactory job performance. Also, Altruist shall have the right to
terminate this appointment in the event that the business process in which you are associated is terminated by the
Customer. Should the business ramp down by client within one month, the ramp down notice period that the client
announces, will be the notice period for the employee.

7. Absence for a continuous period of Three days without prior approval of your superior, (including overstay of leave
/training), would be treated as abandonment of service.

8. You will automatically retire on attaining the age of 60 years. You may also be retired earlier if found medically unfit by the
company’s doctor.

You will not be permitted to undertake any other employment or engage in any external activities of a commercial nature
without prior written approval.
You will be required to effectively carry out all duties and responsibilities assigned to you by your manager and others
authorised by the company to assign such duties and responsibilities. Your performance will be subject to annual appraisal
by your managers.
Except in the proper course of your employment, or, thereafter, you shall not divulge to any third party any information
regarding the affairs or business matters of the company or information regarding its customers without prior written
approval. All information that comes to your knowledge by reasons of your employment with the company is deemed to be
confidential.
10. You confirm that you have disclosed in writing fully all of your business interests direct or indirect – whether or not
they are similar to or in conflict with the business or activities of the company, and all circumstances in respect of which there
is, or there might be perceived, a conflict of interest between Altruist Technologies Private Limited and you or any immediate
relatives of yours. Also, you agree to disclose fully and immediately to the company any such interests or circumstances
which may arise during your employment with the company.

11. You will be required to apply and maintain the highest standards of personal conduct and integrity and comply with
all company policies and procedures. All acts subversive of good conduct and discipline like insubordination, gross
negligence, corruption, fraud, forgery, misappropriation etc. would warrant strong disciplinary action from the company.

12. Upon separation from the company, you will be required to immediately return to the company, all assets and
property (including leased properties if any) of the company including documents, files, books, papers and memos in your
possession or custody.

13. Any violation of the above mentioned or any other legitimate future company procedures and policies would attract
action as per company disciplinary policy in force.

14. When you leave the company due to your resignation or on your services with the company having been terminated,
you will take a formal relieving letter from the company. If you do not take a relieving letter and leave, it will be presumed that
even though your employment with the company remains terminated, you have not settled your dues to the company and
the company may proceed against you as such. All other terms and conditions of your employment with us will be governed
by the company’s policies as stated from time to time.

15. You hereby authorize the company to receive, retain, reposit and process, including using third party services for the
same, your personal or sensitive personal information, which it receives during the normal course of business, which is
essential in relation to your employment and/or processing the salary and its components. All such information shall be used
and processed exclusively on strict to know basis. For any queries, you are requested to contact your concerned HR
Manager.
