Sub.: Appointment Letter

Dear Mr. Anuj,

With reference to your application and the subsequent interview with us, we are pleased to appoint
you as Manager HR with effect from 24rd Jan-2023.You would be presently posted at our factory
office Masoori, Ghaziabad on the term & conditions as given below .

Your base location will be at our factory office Masoori, Ghaziabad (UP).

 Compensation & Benefits:

Your Annual CTC will be Rs. XXX/-Per Annum (XXX). Details of your salary structure are per
attached Annexure ‘A’. Your progress will be evaluated and increment in your salary will be subject
to your overall performance and shall be at the discretion of the Management.

 Taxation

The compensation package will be subject to all required deduction, including without limitation,
deduction for tax normally to be withheld by an employer under Indian tax law. You shall be
responsible for filling of your personal returns and compliance under Indian tax law.

 Hours of work

You will be required to work form Monday to Saturday for such hours as are necessary to suit
company’s requirement. You are expected to work additional day’s hours. Possibly including public
holiday as might be required for performing your duties completely and meet the company’s
requirements.

You will be a whole time employee of the company and will not undertake any other business work
either on payment or otherwise. You will not appear in any examination or test without asking
permission of the management in writing.

 Place of work:

Since you are at present posted at our office G-14, UPSIDC, PHASE-l, M.G ROAD,
MASOORI.GHAZIABAD-245301.but you are liable to be transferred to any section/department
unit or branch or affiliate subsidiaries anywhere in India or abroad whether existing or which may
come into existence at any time.in case you fail to report for duties at the transferred place the
management will be within its rights to draw a presumption that you have abandoned the job on
your own accord and your name will be struck off from the rolls without holding any enquiry.

 Reporting:

You will work under the supervision of such executive as may be decided by the management
from time to time. You shall diligently and satisfactory carry out instruction given to you to the
best of your knowledge skill and ability. Your will be judged according to the performance and
achievement of target. If you fail to achieve the assigned targets. The management may think
seriously about the continuation of your service with this company.

 Leave:

You will be entitled to leave as per rules applicable to your category in the company.

 Probation & Confirmation:

You will be on probation for a period of Six months from the date of joining during which your
performance, conduct and such other traits will be closely monitored. You will be confirmed in
your service only when your performance and such other attributes are found satisfactory, and
you are intimated to that effect in writing.

 Retirement:

You shall automatically retire from the services of the company on attaining the age of 60 years
and shall have no claim to be continued in the services of the company thereafter.

 Address:

Your address as given in the application from will be deemed to be correct for the purpose of
sending any communication to you in case of any change in your address you will inform the
management about the same with three days of such change.

 Rules and Regulations:

During your employment, you will be governed by the rules, regulations of the service and orders
of the Company that may be in force and which may be amended, altered, or extended from time

to time. Your acceptance of this offer carries with it your agreement to observe all such rules,
regulations and orders circulated time to time.

 Company Owned residential Accommodation:

In case you are provided with residential accommodation, you will be hand over the vacant
Possession of the premises as and when so required by the management and in the event of
Any resistance or reluctance to adhere to the order thereto, you will be liable for disciplinary
Action including termination of your services either by resignation, retirement or retrenchment
Or otherwise, you will vacate the company’s premises within 1.5 month of the termination.

 Duties & Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for sincere, efficient and satisfactory discharge of duties assigned to you
from time to time and shall devote sufficient time and attention to the business of the Company.

The job is a full-time assignment, and you shall devote your whole time and attention to the
interest of the company and shall not engage yourself in any other business/ occupation, which
will compromise on your time and commitment to the company.

You are liable to be called for any urgent emergency duty where your presence is considered
essential even outside your working hours.
You will be true and faithful to the management in all accounts, dealings and transactions
whatsoever in relation to the business of the Company and shall, at all times when required.

You will not be allowed any kind of practice/ consultation at home or elsewhere in your own
name or any relative or anybody else in every form whatsoever.

 Termination of Service:

During probation period, your services are terminable within 10 days’ notice or 1 month salary in
lieu thereof on either side. After confirmation, your services are terminable with one-month
notice or salary in lieu thereof from either side.

After confirmation, this appointment may be terminated by either side without assigning any
reason by giving one months’ notice or payment in lieu thereof.

In case of any misconduct your services are liable to be terminated by the Management without
any notice or payment in lieu thereof.

Your services are liable to be terminated in case any particulars furnished by you to the Company
are found incorrect or your ex-employers / Police Authority have furnished adverse report regarding
your conduct / character or you have been convicted in any criminal proceedings.

In case you are found absent for Three days (3) days without prior permission of the Management in
writing or you proceed on leave without prior sanction or overstay the sanctioned leave without any
approval, will be considered that you have voluntarily abandoned the employment on your own
accord and your services shall automatically come to an end.
