Teacher’s notes for exploiting the sentence builder
1. Read a few sentences out loud
2. Do the same and ask for translations in English.
3. Do choral repetition on some examples to fix pronunciation.
4. Pairs of pupils make up examples.
5. Do translations into French.
6. Pupils could wander around asking friends how they are.
7. Then do translation on paper or mini-whiteboard from English to French.
8. Get pupils to transcribe some phrases or sentences from memory.
