Payment Terms - 25% Before Work Start , 25% on 7th
8 Day , 50% on day of work completion
9 Waranty of paint till how many years ?
10 Use of Moisture Metre to check dampness
11 Warant to be registered in 15 days
12 Working Time - 11.00 am to 6.00 pm
13 No. of Labours working each day - 4
We will go for SPS (Safe Painting Service) for which
14 you are charging additional service charge of 10,000
15 Will labours be in Uniform ?
Tea & Nashta of Labours Should be managed by own
16 at any nearby shop
17 Non working days please specify from now
1-2 days delay in work is fine. But it should not be 7
18 days delay
No Smoking , No Tobacco & No Non veg allowed in
19 house.
One Guest Washroom will be dedicated which can be
used by labour but everyday they have to clean after
20 usage
If we don’t like behaviour of any of particular labour
or if we feel safety concerns then they should be
21 replaced immediately
All the paint buckets , primer buckets , putty should
be sealed. We will check the recent date and then
only will allow to open. We wont use open paints at
22 any cost
All rolers and paint brush used should be new and of
asian paint company . Like usage of Roler 950+ , 4
23 inch 100mm brush

24 Minimum Material to be purchased and applied

25 Leftover material will be kept by client
