Subject: A Cover Letter for Single Entry Family Visit Visa.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I, Md Musharof Hossain (bearing Bangladeshi Passport No. BE0883949) would like to inform
you that I am planning to travel South Africa to visit my close family friend Monir Ahmed
Hossain (South African Id No: 7412075862086) from 5th February to 5th March 2019.
I have been living in Chittagong with my family. I am also Chairman, CEO of Musharof Group for
last 08 years. I was a Marine Engineer before I start my own business. I used to travel many
countries for business and tourism. This year I want to visit one of my family member Mr. Monir
Ahmed Hossain and his family. During my travel period I will spend some memorable time
together. I will be staying at 809-10, Empumelelweni, Kwamhlanga, 1022, Cape Town, South
Africa with him and his family.
During my travel period whole responsibility of my company will look after by my Manager &
any further emergency situation I will be available over phone.

My travel cost will borne by inviter’s family as I will stay at their place excluded my airfare. I
have provided all the necessary documents including air ticket and other additional business
documents for your reference.

Therefore, I will be grateful if you please issue a short-term single-entry family/friend visit visa
