RE: CHISZ SOCCER TOUR TO SOUTH AFRICA : AUGUST 2019

Dear Headmasters and Parents

I trust and hope I find you well. Your Son has been selected to represent the CONFERENCE OF HEADS
OF INDEPENDENT SCHOOLS OF ZIMBABWE in this years’ soccer tour to South Africa. We have since
secured the itinerary and costs from the 20th of August to the 26th of August 2019. We will be staying in
Randburg on the outskirts of Johannesburg. We will play Schools and Clubs in and around
Johannesburg, confirmed as and as soon as we receive confirmation of a full team that is willing and able
to pay and make the tour possible.

The total figure inclusive of accommodation, medical cover, meals, transport, kit and guided tours of and
training with PSL coaches such as Sundowns football club. Further details and complete itinerary will be
provided in due course.

The total cost per player is $1000USD or R14400 inclusive of the above and the necessary air fares payable
through the offices of the various schools your Sons attend. After filling in the consent slip below we will
then set up an “app” group to facilitate quicker and more direct communication between the
management of the tour and the relevant parents.
