    SUB: REQUEST FOR 10 DAYS VACATION LEAVE TO TRAVEL ABROAD AS A TOURIST

    Dear Governor:

    I am writing this letter to request a 10 days off duty to travel abroad as a tourist on January
    16-21, 2020 in Seoul, Korea from FLY SUPPLY TRAVEL AND TOURS.

    I humbly request to be allowed the 10 days off work beginning from January 14, 2020 to
    January 23, 2020. I will be using the two days from January 14, 2020 to January 15,2020 to
    prepare my documents and things for my travel. The day after the tour is the travel time
    spent going back here in Gingoog City.

    I know all will go well and I will not have any inconveniences or emergencies that may cause
    delays. If any, I will communicate as soon as possible for any change of plans to your office. .

    Thank you and I am looking forward to being granted this request.
