Dear comision president, I’m a researcher in the cutting edge

technology. I’ve been preoccuped by a device called bionic eye. It’s a

new technology who could be help a lot of people in the world, I will
explain why.

First, the benefist of this technology seem mind blowing. It can

help blind people to have again their independance with a lot things,
like walk alone. Whit the bionic eye they could navigate safely,
actually the patients can only see flickers of light. It’s a big step from
the perspective. It make life easier for a blind person.
But, we have limitations and dangers of this device. The patient
who used the bionic eye can not fully see, so he can miss the
sidewalk for example or the crosswalk. Also people are not able to
recognize facial expression.

Finally, we have a major question ? If something gone wrong

the user was in danger.

For me, this device is worthy because it could be change a lot if

life.
