1) The rates included in this Schedule of rate are applicable for all Divisions
and Sub Divisions under Public Works Department and Zilla Parishad
Maharashtra State. For works executed in semi Government and Private
establishmentso the rate shall be twice as mentioned in this schedule as per
the Government in P.W. D. Guidelines Issued vide Circular No- Lab-
1097 l34l NH-2 dated 15.10.1997 Mantralay,Mumbai - 400032.

2l The field Officer will have to strictly

adhere to the test frequency
stipulated as per Government guidelines.
