1:- In my personal opinion, the kind of organizational structure that is currently prevailing in
ABC company is “functional structure”.

2:- The matrix structure is the most appropriate structure to resolve the issue faced by ABC
Company. Because it is the combination of both functional and project-based structure. It not
only promotes specialization but also collaboration. In this model, employees working in there
specialized departments are also assigned in different cross functional teams which help to them
to learn different skills. Also by adopting a matrix approach, ABC Company can easily increase
there adaptability, flexibility, and creativity—a type of atmosphere ABC Company is currently
deficient in.
