God is having form

Colossians 1:15
The Son is the image of the invisible God

Arjuna inquired: Which are considered to be more perfect, those who are always properly
engaged in Your devotional service or those who worship the impersonal Brahman, the
unmanifested?

The Supreme Personality of Godhead said: Those who fix their minds on My personal form and
are always engaged in worshiping Me with great and transcendental faith are considered by Me to
be most perfect.

How the Lord remains invisible?

O conqueror of wealth, there is no truth superior to Me. Everything rests upon Me, as pearls are
strung on a thread.

O son of Kuntī, I am the taste of water, the light of the sun and the moon, the syllable oṁ in the
Vedic mantras; I am the sound in ether and ability in man.

I am the original fragrance of the earth, and I am the heat in fire. I am the life of all that lives, and
I am the penances of all ascetics.

Prakriti Purusha Viveka Yoga
Nature, the Enjoyer, and Consciousness

I am seated in everyone’s heart ||15.15||

Such a yogī, who engages in the worshipful service of the Supersoul, knowing that I and the
Supersoul are one, remains always in Me in all circumstances.

One who sees the Supersoul equally present everywhere, in every living being, does not degrade
himself by his mind. Thus he approaches the transcendental destination.

NATURE OF LUST
Bhagavad Gita:

How lust begins

While contemplating the objects of the senses, a person develops attachment for them, and from
such attachment lust develops, and from lust anger arises.

Arjuna said: O descendant of Vṛṣṇi, by what is one impelled to sinful acts, even unwillingly, as if engaged by force?

The Supreme Personality of Godhead said: It is lust only, Arjuna, which is born of contact with the
material mode of passion and later transformed into wrath, and which is the all-devouring sinful
enemy of this world.

As fire is covered by smoke, as a mirror is covered by dust, or as the embryo is covered by the
womb, the living entity is similarly covered by different degrees of this lust.

Thus the wise living entity’s pure consciousness becomes covered by his eternal enemy in the
form of lust, which is never satisfied and which burns like fire.

The senses, the mind and the intelligence are the sitting places of this lust. Through them lust
covers the real knowledge of the living entity and bewilders him.

Therefore, O Arjuna, best of the Bhāratas, in the very beginning curb this great symbol of sin
[lust] by regulating the senses, and slay this destroyer of knowledge and self-realization.

The working senses are superior to dull matter; mind is higher than the senses; intelligence is still
higher than the mind; and he [the soul] is even higher than the intelligence.

Thus knowing oneself to be transcendental to the material senses, mind and intelligence, O
mighty-armed Arjuna, one should steady the mind by deliberate spiritual intelligence [Kṛṣṇa
consciousness] and thus – by spiritual strength – conquer this insatiable enemy known as lust.

Differences between Sanatana Dharma (ISKCON) and Christianity

DEITY WORSHIP
Habakkuk 2:18
“Of what value is an idol carved by a craftsman? Or an image that teaches lies? For the one who makes it trusts in his
own creation; he makes idols that cannot speak.

But those who always worship Me with exclusive devotion, meditating on My transcendental form – to
them I carry what they lack, and I preserve what they have.

Always think of Me, become My devotee, worship Me and offer your homage unto Me. Thus you will
come to Me without fail. I promise you this because you are My very dear friend.

May life come to this deity; may mind come to this deity; may eyes and strength come to this deity.
(Atharva Veda 5.30.20)

Re-incarnation

1. Matthew 10:28 (ESV): "And do not fear those who kill the body but cannot kill the
soul. Rather fear him who can destroy both soul and body in hell."

As a person puts on new garments, giving up old ones, the soul similarly accepts new material
bodies, giving up the old and useless ones

One who has taken his birth is sure to die, and after death one is sure to take birth again.

When they have thus enjoyed vast heavenly sense pleasure and the results of their pious
activities are exhausted, they return to this mortal planet again. Thus those who seek sense
enjoyment by adhering to the principles of the three Vedas achieve only repeated birth and
death.
