Checking Customer Instagram Pages and Engaged

Objective: To check if our customers have Instagram pages, and if so, follow them and engage with their
posts.

How to do it:

1. Open the Quality Checking master list containing our customers' email addresses.

2. Go through the list of customer email addresses.

3. Open account’s Gmail and look for the customer's email signature in their emails to see if it
includes a link to their Instagram page or website.

In the email signature, if found, click the Instagram link or icon to access their Instagram page
and follow their page.

If Instagram link or icon is not found, click the website link and check if there is an
Instagram icon, typically located in the footer or the right corner of the website.

If the email signature does not provide Instagram or website information, and they are using
business email, open the Instagram app and use the customer's name or any other information
you have to search for their Instagram page.

If you have confirmed that the Instagram profile belongs to the customer, click the "Follow"
button to follow their page.

4. Like and comment on the customer's recent posts to engage with them. Be friendly and
professional in your interactions. You can leave comments related to their posts or our
products/services.

5. Maintain a record of the customers you have successfully followed and engaged with.
