V.

POLICIES
1. The normal pension or retirement age according to Company Regulation (Peraturan
Perusahaan - PP).
2. Company may set the normal pension age or retirement age differently on any Labor
Agreement or Collective Labor Agreement.
3. Participation in the pension program is voluntary to all Employee.
4. Company will provide the regular contribution of DPLK to employees who have applied such
participation (Attachment 1).
5. The Pension Fund benefit enforcement will be commenced after passing the probationary
period.
6. Company may also provide the - so called - Deferred Contribution fund for selected employee
and the fund will be transferred to DPLK provider and allocated under Employee Contribution.
