Welcome to
Cohort Based Learning!
Udemy’s cohort learning program incorporates 30-minutes of formal, daily learning
designed to flex and fit your busy schedule. Throughout the program, experts will
teach innovative thought leadership, new tools, techniques, and best practices to
apply the learning back on the job. However, the real magic of cohort learning is
because of you. Your ideas, questions, reflections, and recommendations will make
this learning experience impactful. Through discussion and collaborative problem
solving, you will help develop each others’ leadership skills together.

Here’s What to Expect:

The program will require approximately 3-4 hours of your time over the week.

Days 1-4 are comprised of:

• Self-paced learning activities that average 30 minutes per day, as well as the opportunity to
virtually engage with your cohort group within the CorpU platform
• Daily learning activities vary by module and include videos, articles, discussions, practice,
and application opportunities
• A moderator will be involved to guide and coach you throughout your learning journey

Day 5 is a virtual, expert-led, 60-minute live capstone event. This is an engaging and
energizing experience that you won’t want to miss.

For you to get the most impact out of the program, please plan your
calendar accordingly to accommodate daily learning activities.
