Orgnazaitional culture-

 it means refers the workplace in environment where the employees work together to
meet the targets and objectives of an organizations.
 Also in oragnziational culture it explains the beliefs or philosophy na kung saan ang
orgniazations. Ay mag organize ng activities to maintain the workplace decorum.
 It emphasize the relationship and connection between the individual behaviors and
manages them to make a healthy and effective workplace environment.
 For examples sa walt Disney ung culture meron sa organization nila ay focus lng sa
happiness dba so lahat ng empleyado at staff ng company na ito ay nakatuon lamang sa
pagppasaya sa mga viewers lalo nasa mga bata .
 sa sa ganitong paraan na pinapakita mo ang positive outlook sa mga target market niyo
mas tumatagal ung successful ng isang company niyo kasi mas tinatangkilik
 so ganun sa culture organization nakadepende kung ano ang cultur na meron ang iang
organization para magtagumpaya nag business at nakadepende dito sa mga taong
ivolve nito

Managerial View –
 when we say managerial view it is ung perpective or approach to understanding the
organizations and management
 so in the context of business the managerial view iniemphasize nya ung role ng isang
manager and leader they the one who manage and making a decision for
oragnizations . sila ang magmanage kung paano nila bibigyan ng action ang isang
problema .
 so hindi talaga Madali ang trabaho nila kasi sila ung nasa pinakamataas na posisyon sa
sila din yung may pinakamabigat na trabaho hndi naman porket manage ka
magmamando ka lng mga empleyado mo but kailangan dito ng skills and magaling ka sa
lahat kasi hindi mo madadlaa ng maayos ang company mo

SOCIAL VIEW
 when we say social view it talks about the interaction ,collobarotation, cooperation
in organizations in order to achieve their goals
 nakafocus dito ung social interactions ng mga tao na bumubo sa isang company

but as the norm within organizations just like the differentiation
perspective the fragmentation perspective dismisses the idea of there
being a single culture
