The rapid technological change and growing consumer demand for better ways to reduce their
energy costs and manage their consumption exceeds the capacity of clean energy sector
regulators ("About CanSIA", 2021).
To recognize and act towards various prospects regarding renewables, storage and other
energy conservation strategies in the Ontario and Alberta electricity sectors.
To develop a strategy including regulatory reform and market design to expand investment
opportunities and increase acceptance rate.
To focus on retail sales opportunities in sectors like clean portfolio sales, scaling firm

This source really explains the research methodology and design for implementing in the

The limitation of this study is in regard to its budgetary constraints, as it differs on the grounds
from the original study it does not completely apprehends the true figure one researcher would
set regarding the concepts.

This source enumerates everything about the client, their background, history, environmental
interests, present scenario, and future prospects.
The limitation is that the study is not a direct case study and not enough mentioning about the
projects has existed over the years, so inference from the project can be different in different
situations which can lead to in appropriate results in diverse situations.

This study explains the strategic report and the various aspects attached to it with regards to the
client that we are facing in this project and also explained the limitations of the previous two
sources.
Lastly the inability to explain the strategic management aspect and the problems faced regarding
the explanation of marketing problem section also considerably adds to the difficulties of a
researcher to totally rely on the results of the project.
Insights:
The sources provides us valuable insights on the basics of strategic planning with providing a
clear idea of the overall topic. Also it helps in understanding of the research methodology and
design for the strategic project as well as clears some misconceptions which rose during some of
theinitial steps. Along with it it gives an insight about the whereabouts of the client and
Also to mention about their backgrounds, prospects, and a lot of essential information that is
essential for the research to be fruitfull. We also get quite important insight regarding previous
strategic reports conducted by clients in the past. Therefore all the insights are specifically drawn
from research and definitely help solve our objective.
