Make petition forms that would make way in implementing Gender Neutral Recruitment
and give it to an estimated group of your fellow employees that are currently going
through gender biased employment, also to some outsiders who are willing to help in
making this petition succeed. The forms should consist a short article about gender biased
employment. After collecting the data from the petition, formally pass it to the board of
you company so that they will discuss about the proposed way of employment.
Results:
As the petition for Gender Neutral Recruitment was achieve, the opportunity, salary, and
roles in working is already equally divided, which means we succeeded in getting rid of
the gender discrimination given to women because of the stereotype that women are too
sensitive and weak to lead. Gender Equality should be implemented and fully accepted by
the society because gender is fluid and your gender shouldn’t be a hindrance in
expressing yourself, doing the things love and you’re able to do, we are all humans that
deserves to be loved and respected not belittled and discriminated.
Conclusion:
Men are not the only ones who can work
We shouldn’t discriminate and belittle people just because of their gender, we are all born
with abilities that are given to us for a purpose.
If the company didn’t payed attention to the petition, the gender discrimination in their
company would continue.
