Solution
In general, please check whether your add-on supplier has released your specific add-on for usage with SAP S/4HANA.

Standard Add-Ons delivered by SAP for SAP S/4HANA:

The release information is provided in the attached file and in the feature scope description available for each on-
premise release of S/4HANA product under http://help.sap.com/s4hana.
Add-Ons delivered by SAP Customer Innovation and Management (former SAP Custom Development):
If you have a solution delivered by SAP CIM, which is not yet officially released for SAP S/4HANA, please contact your
SAP Account Executive or SAP CIM directly at least three months before implementing SAP S/4HANA, because
sufficient time might be required in case of adjustments.
You might also have a look under https://support.sap.com/en/release-upgrade-maintenance/maintenance-
information/fbs.html to check the availability of a dedicated version of your Focused Business Solutions or under
https://support.sap.com/en/release-upgrade-maintenance/maintenance-information/rcs.html for your Repeatable
Custom Solutions.

a certain add-on with an older product version in your systems, please refer to the latest product version of the add-on in the
attachment, and take appropriate actions. If functionality previously delivered as an add-on is now made available as part of
the S/4HANA product, you will find it mentioned in the feature scope description available for each on-premise release of
S/4HANA product under http://help.sap.com/s4hana.
